Welcome to the 2010-2011 Denver Christian Highlands Ranch hot lunch program. The Highlands Ranch Parent Association (HRPA) extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to all Parent Volunteers who make this program possible.
Our hot lunch program is the primary fundraising activity for the HRPA. The money raised through this program is used to cover the cost of various community/student events throughout the school year, in addition to general school improvements.
Our hot lunch service will begin on August 30, 2010. We have all new menu’s with the added option of beverages this year. The following is a list of our new food vendors and the day of each week we will serve their food. Monday: CiCi’s Pizza, Tuesday: Chick Fil-A, Wednesday: Subway, Thursday: Noodles & Co, and Friday: Tokyo Joe’s. One additional change you will notice this year is a “Service Fee” which has been added to our “Check Out” screen. The fee amount is a flat 3%, and is charged to cover the expense of our on-line order/payment system.
You can begin ordering at anytime, and you will have the option of ordering up to 3 months in advance. Just remember that all orders must be placed 1 week prior to the date of service. Instructions and Policies for hot lunch ordering/payment are below.

ORDER POLICY
Ordering:
Orders can be placed for up to 3 months at a time, and should be placed and paid for 1 week prior to the date of service. Orders cannot be placed after the cut off time. Hint: If you are in the order system and cannot access the day you wish to change you have missed the cut off time for making any changes.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel a future order 1 week in advance to the date of service and save the credit to use on future purchases. All credits must be used by the end of the school year. Credits will not be carried forward or returned to a credit card.
Sick Days:
If your student is sick, orders can be cancelled according to the above policy.
Snow Days:
If Denver Christian Schools declares a snow day a refund will not be given. Closures for more than one day will be considered on an individual basis.
Although we understand that Sick Days and Snow Days are unexpected we cannot refund these meals because the food is ordered in advance.
